Important Notes for Enteral Nutrition Supplies: 

• Medicare requires our staff to ask how many days of food & supplies are left - please have this information ready to share
• Food & Supplies are shipped via FedEx (please call 5 days before running out)
  • FedEx will leave these at your door if you do not answer the doorbell
  • Extreme heat or cold may damage the product
• If you receive dented cans, or have any other problems with your shipment, please call the number above within 48 hours of delivery
